Обновления и функциональность

Намучались с 1с, хотя может просто программист унас по нему был не очень, но в итоге решили попробовать облачный вариант и избавиться от сервера. Внедрение был не простым, но думаю как с любым подобным софтом. Но в итоге пока не жалеем, всё необходимое в программе есть. Баги конечно бывают, но по сравнению с тем какдо этого у нас слетала 1с, это цветочки. Хорошая отчетность по эффективности продаж, функции закупок очень удобны, теперь залежавшегося товара намного меньше. Ну и сотрудники поначалу жаловались из-за непривычки, но когда освоили хвалили. Есть конечно недоработки, но не очень критичные.

А ничего в итоге не работает за 9000 рублей

Решили попробовать эту систему — со стороны вроде как порядок, отзывы норм, функциональность подходящая. Взяли на бесплатный, накатили номенклатуру, связали с инсейлс, проверили выгрузки — все норм. Заплатили тариф 3 мес — 7500р. И сразу оп и выгрузки не работают — ограничение тарифа. Переписка с поддержкой, новый счет и еще 1500р. Ну ок.

Синхрон работает, начинаем заливать инфу и тестируем. Все идет нормально. Потом оказывается, что не работает синхрон по расписанию (периодический). Опять в поддержку, то да се, запрашивают много данных, что-то там делают — не работает. Плюс перестает работать и ручной синхрон. Сроки летят, пишем им об этом, что ждать не можем. Нам присваивают некий особый статус срочности и … 3 дня тишина. А мы реально ждать не можем и за эти дни прогоняем подключение с 1с, все тестируем, переносим номенклатуру, связываем с сайтом — все работает. уф..

Возвращаюсь в бизнес ру и пишу им письмо, что мол братцы от вас ни привета ни ответа, все решил иначе и прошу вернуть денежку, т.к. продолжать этот цирк уже нет смысла. Через минут 10-15 звонит кто-то, кто представился главным разрабом поддержки или что-то такое. Что он выделяет прям человека и они помогут. Объясняю, что поезд ушел и конечно спасибо, но нет. Мило прощаемся. Еще через чаз звонит дерзкая молодая женщина — читайте оферту на сайте, возврата не будет, до свидания.

Итог — минус 9 дней, минус 9 тысяц и чувство, что тебя тупо развели.
